Accessibility statement
This site targets WCAG 2.2 Level AA. Here's what that means in practice, and how to tell us if something doesn't work.
What's in place
- A skip link to the main content on every page.
- The before/after comparison uses a native slider, so it works with keyboard and assistive technology, and has plain "Show before" / "Show after" buttons as an alternative.
- Both before and after images have descriptive alt text.
- The hero transformation is a silent image cross-fade with no audio track. It can be paused, and it holds on the finished room for visitors whose device requests reduced motion.
- Form errors are described in text, not by colour alone.
- Tap targets and buttons are sized at least 44 x 44 pixels.
- Visible focus outlines on all interactive elements.
Motion settings
These two settings are independent, and they override your device's reduced-motion setting for this site. They are saved in this browser only.
Following your device, which allows motion: animations and autoplay are on.
Known gaps
When real video footage replaces the current image-based hero, captions or a text alternative must be added for any spoken content. Third-party booking embeds added later are outside our direct control and will be reviewed before launch.
